after school enrolment

Thanks for interest in Craft Club after school classes!
Please fill out the enrolment form below and I’ll be in touch.
Spaces are limited, completing the enrolment does not guarantee a space, this will be confirmed by email.
The cost is $25 per class. Enrolment is on a term by term basis.
You will receive an invoice via email, this needs to be paid before the first class of the term please. If you enrol part way through the term the fee will be adjusted accordingly for the number of weeks remaining.
Refunds for missed classes are not available sorry as materials are purchased in advance. If you know you will be away for several classes of the term, please email me to make arrangements.

Accidents/injuries *

I understand crafting injuries may happen

Crafters will be using items such as hot glue guns, scissors, craft knives and pins/needles, that can cause minor injuries. Training will be provided, but crafters are expected to have a level of skill to be able to use them safely once shown how. If your child cannot confidently and capably use scissors, this is not the class for them sorry.

If there is space available in the class, then an invoice and instructions will be emailed to you shortly. Spaces are limited, receiving an invoice will confirm your child's space.
